Exploring Bouley bay

Kayaks are a great way to explore the coast, see wildlife and discover our island. The tours are ideal for anyone wanting to get afloat. Paddle with local staff who are qualified kayaking instructors.

Our equipment and approach is designed to maximise your enjoyment and success. Director Derek Hairon is the author of the UK’s best selling manual on sit-on-top kayaking.

Choose single or tandem sit-on-top sea kayaks. For the more experienced we have closed cockpit sea kayaks.

Novices and families welcome.
Individual and group bookings are possible on all tours.

Tours are available from April to late October. Outside of these months we can often arrange tours as we are open all year.

Duration: Tours are of 2½ hours duration.

Enjoy being afloat.

Start times at 1000, 1400, 1800. We can often alter times to suit your needs e.g. if arriving by bus.

All equipment, including wetsuits, is provided.

Advance booking is essential as we only operate in small groups.

We do not cancel tours except in the event of bad weather or exceptional circumstances, but we sometimes need to change venues so you get to paddle in the best conditions.
